Our professional team are
able to develop, implement, evaluate, and manage Health Surveillance
Programmes. We incorporate all aspects of health monitoring including
performing required exams, identifying and ordering required tests
and interpreting and communicating results.
In accordance with Regulation 5 of The Management of Health and
Safety at Work Regulations 1999, we shall ensure that all employees
are provided with the correct health checks and advice and will
identify circumstances in which health monitoring is required by
specific health and safety regulations. In addition, health monitoring
will be introduced where the assessment demonstrates a need.
The primary benefit and therefore the objective of health monitoring
is to detect adverse health effects at an early stage. This facilitates
the prevention of further harm. In addition, we are able to provide
a means of:
- Checking the effectiveness of control measures;
- Providing feedback on the accuracy of the risk assessment;
- Identifying and protecting individuals at increased risk.
